If you’re a TEAM, CYCLING CLUB or EVENT ORGANIZER, we can make products in your team colors or with your custom artwork. Prices will vary by quantity and design. Alternatively, we can add a logo or team name to any of our stock jerseys. To discuss the process, please contact us.
If you’re a RETAILER or MANUFACTURER, we can supply products in your preferred colors, with your store logo or own supplied artwork sublimated into the designs. Price will vary by quantity and design. Please contact us today for more information about our custom process and prices.
RASTER IMAGES are generated by breaking down an image into tiny cells (or pixels) and then filling each pixel with a specific color – think ‘an image made from coloured dots’. The pixels on a computer screen are small enough that we don’t see them, we see the image they create together. The problem with raster images is that when you enlarge them, those little pixels become bigger (because they’re the lowest level of detail in the image) and the logo becomes blurry and jagged. If you zoom in on a jpeg photograph or bitmap, for example, eventually you will see the pixels and the image blurs. We can’t guarantee the clarity of your design if you are using raster images. Raster editors include Adobe Photoshop, GIMP and PaintShop Pro – they produce jpg, png and gif files.
VECTOR-BASED IMAGES are best. They are created by plotting points as coordinates and then connecting those points together – think ‘an image described through math’. Most logos are created by designers as vector images because they can be resized without breaking up (or pixelating). A vector image can be enlarged to any size and the lines will always be clean and crisp and sharp. Adobe Illustrator, FreeHand, Inkscape and CorelDRAW are all examples of vector editors – they produce eps or ai files.
VECTOR GRAPHICS ARE THE BEST type of image to use for custom print work. If you are using a sponsor or company logo, be sure to ask for vector graphics.
DESIGN: we can help with design and artwork. If you don’t know what format your images are or if you would like us to carry out the design work, contact us to discuss it. There might be additional costs if we are creating or recreating a design, but that will always be made clear beforehand.
THE RIGHT TO USE IMAGES on your clothing is your responsibility. You must not use someone else’s copyrighted or trademarked images without permission. When you approve a design and commit to an order, you are confirming that you have any necessary approvals to use whatever images are in your design. COPYRIGHT IS A LEGAL MATTER – if you are at all unsure about this point, please contact us to discuss it.
The standard method of describing colours is the Pantone® Matching System. If you have very specific requirements on colour, be sure to raise it with us.
We want your shopping experience on the Internet to be as safe and secure as possible. We use PayPal for this reason. If you have a PayPal account, you can use it. If you don’t have an account, you can register for one. If you don’t want one or don’t want to use your account, you can pay with a Visa or Mastercard.
We do not have access to or retain your credit card data at any point. All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars, initially. Our store also supports several other currencies and you may choose to complete your purchase using USD, AUD, EUR or GBP, if you wish. If you are purchasing with a currency that is not your own, conversion will be done by your credit card company at time of purchase. Sales Tax will be added on all orders in Canada. International orders – Taxes or Duty are extra and may be payable at time of receipt, according to your own regulations and border services.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities or orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors without permission. If you have already paid for an order that is subsequently limited or refused, we will issue a credit refund to you for the incorrect payment.
We can accept money orders and banker’s drafts/cashier’s cheques by arrangement, so contact us. Orders will only be shipped once funds are received, which can be slow for these methods.
Shipping costs are extra and will be indicated on your order prior to confirmation. Once you have provided an address in checkout, the available shipping option(s) will be displayed.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS – if you live in London, Ontario, you do not have to any pay shipping and we will deliver it to your door! Valid within the city of London, Ontario, Canada only.
OTHER LOCATIONS – we can ship to anywhere that Canada Post delivers. We normally ship your product (based on availability) within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
We try very hard to keep shipping costs down and keep them simple. Regular or standard airmail shipping is available to most major locations at CA$6 + CA$2 per item, so if you order two items for regular shipping, it will be CA$10 in total (CA$6 + (2 x CA$2)). Allow approximately 7-10 days delivery for most items.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING is also available in the US and Canada and is CA$15 + CA$2 per item, so if you order two items expedited shipping, it will be CA$19 in total (CA$15 + (2 x CA$2)). Delivery should be in approximately 4 days for most items and includes tracking.

We cannot accept responsibility for international Customs delays or costs. Delivery to non-Canadian destinations and some remote areas within Canada may also require additional processing/delivery time.
We remain responsible for loss or damage during transit to you. It is however your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods or where something is not delivered. Product damage or non-delivery may be reported immediately at ‘customer.service (at) reversegearinc.com’.
Incomplete, incorrect or invalid shipping information causing the order to be returned to us is your responsibility; including any related charges.
If you are providing a shipping address that is different from your billing address, you are responsible for providing correct details that can be confirmed during shipment (i.e. name, address and phone number).
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your REVERSE GEAR purchases. Wrong size? Return for the correct size. Not what you expected or defective? Send it back for a refund.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for a refund, credit or replacement (your choice). There is no restocking fee.
Any item considered for refund must be returned in original condition – complete with any hang-tags still intact, with packaging and it must not have been washed.
We cannot accept the following for refund or exchange: worn undergarments, worn cycling shorts or worn socks.
All returns must be post-paid, fully insured (COD returns cannot be accepted) and sent with the receipt to our address. Non-Canadian returns must be clearly marked on outside of package “Returning Canadian Goods”. Please send returns by regular post and not by courier as they charge brokerage fees to process through Customs and you will be charged these additional and unnecessary fees.
Any reimbursements or adjustments will be made by original method of payment. Original shipping cost, return shipping cost, duties or out of country taxes are non-refundable.
We take your privacy and security seriously. When you purchase from REVERSE GEAR, we collect the information you provide – name, address and so on. By completing an order, you consent to us collecting that information and using it for that specific purpose. We do not sell, trade or lend that information to any company or organization. Any personal information will be stored in a secure manner to protect the data from unauthorized access or disclosure. We will not divulge this information to any other party – other than to complete the shipping of your product(s) or as required by Law.
You always remain responsible for the accuracy of all your information held. You can update your own details at My Account. If you would like us to amend or delete your personal information or if you have any questions, please contact us.
Your information will be retained solely for warranty purposes unless you opt in to receive our newsletters and occasional promotional material. If you have opted in to receive our newsletters, you may opt out at any time through the opt-out link in every newsletter or by contacting us.
If you enter a REVERSE GEAR competition, contest or prize draw, you will provide your personal information – name, address and so on. If you win, we will use that information to notify you. When you enter a competition, contest or draw, you are providing your consent to receive our newsletters until such time as you opt out.
